Terms of service

The short version: we assess and guide, we do not remove, we do not guarantee, and we do not give legal advice.

Last updated: [[DATUM]]

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms govern your use of removereviews365.com and any assessment or guidance we provide. The site is operated by [[BEDRIJFSNAAM]], [[ADRES]], company number [[KVK]].

By using this site or submitting an assessment request you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the service.

2. What the service is

We assess whether a review plausibly breaches the published content policy of the platform it appears on, explain which clause applies, help you assemble supporting evidence, and prepare or file a report where instructed. Where a case requires specialist or legal handling, we may introduce you to a third-party specialist with your consent.

3. What the service is not

  • We cannot remove reviews. Only the platform can. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, Meta, Glassdoor or any other platform.
  • We do not guarantee any outcome. No assessment, estimate or indication of likelihood is a promise that a review will be removed, or removed within any period.
  • We do not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site or in our correspondence is legal advice, and no lawyer-client relationship arises from using this service. Where a matter needs legal advice we will say so and refer you to a qualified lawyer.

4. What we will not do, and what you agree not to ask

This section is a condition of using the service, not a statement of preference. You agree not to ask us, and we will refuse, to:

  • Pursue the removal of a review that honestly describes a genuine customer or employee experience
  • Contact a reviewer with legal threats, intimidation or false accusations in order to obtain a deletion
  • Create, buy, sell, solicit or incentivise reviews of any kind, positive or negative
  • Obtain, infer or publish the identity of an anonymous reviewer
  • Misrepresent facts to a platform in a report

Several of these are prohibited under the US Federal Trade Commission’s Trade Regulation Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465) and under comparable rules elsewhere. We may end any engagement immediately, without refund, if we conclude that a request falls into one of these categories.

5. Your responsibilities

  • The information you give us must be accurate and complete. An assessment is only as good as the records behind it.
  • You must have the right to share any material you send us, and to instruct a report on behalf of the business concerned.
  • You remain responsible for any report filed in your name and for any statement made in it.

6. Fees

The initial assessment is free and creates no obligation. Any fee for further work is agreed in writing beforehand. Fees relate to the work performed, not to the outcome, unless a specific arrangement says otherwise in writing.

7. Third-party specialists

Where we introduce you to a specialist, any engagement you enter into is between you and that specialist. They set their own terms and fees, and they are responsible for their own work. We select partners carefully and will stop working with any partner we find using the practices described in section 4, but we are not a party to your agreement with them and are not liable for their performance.

We may receive a fee from a specialist for an introduction. This is disclosed on our about page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or business, arising from use of this site or our service. Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for that engagement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Content on this site

The guidance published here is general information about how review platforms operate. Platform policies change without notice, and what was accurate when written may not be accurate when you read it. Do not rely on it as a substitute for checking the platform’s current policy or taking advice on your specific situation.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by [[RECHT]]. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of [[RECHTBANK]], except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you submit a request. Material changes to an ongoing engagement will be agreed with you directly.
